Data Entry Specialist

This role involves providing backup support to a full-time data entry specialist during the busy season. The focus will be on managing the influx of invoices and work orders received between January and July.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter work orders into the internal software.
• Input client invoice information into the system.
• Follow up on work orders to ensure they are accurately entered.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and work orders.
• Operate within multiple software systems and computer screens.
• Coordinate internally concerning invoices and customer orders.

Work Environment

The position is in-office from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7-4 or 8-5, allowing some flexibility. Remote work is possible under certain conditions, such as inclement weather or appointments, as long as it is not misused. The office environment is relaxed, with casual attire such as hoodies and jeans acceptable, and shorts permitted in the summer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
