We are looking for a Data Entry Support Specialist to help manage and organize data for our company. In this role, you will enter, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems accurately and efficiently. You’ll also support the team by preparing reports and ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
Review data for accuracy and correct any errors
Maintain and organize digital records and files
Assist in generating and formatting reports as needed
Communicate with team members to verify information or resolve discrepancies
Follow data security and confidentiality policies
Provide general administrative support to the data management team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5+ years of experience in account management, institutional sales, or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
