Working remotely as a contractor, the Trust and Safety Associate will review host accounts and activity, apply Peerspace policies to make informed decisions, and uphold marketplace integrity to ensure a trustworthy experience for users. Key responsibilities Review host accounts and interactions to determine appropriate actions based on data and context Apply established policies to make decisions regarding host outreach and account-level actions Communicate professionally with hosts to maintain standards and assist them in achieving good standing Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in host or customer operations, marketplace operations, or a judgment-heavy role Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to make sound, defensible decisions Comfort working with data and reading dashboards to inform decisions Ability to manage high volume tasks efficiently while maintaining quality Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken, with availability during standard US business hours
