Corporate Paralegal

Our energy client is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support their legal team with governance, compliance, and SEC filings. This vital role offers the chance to oversee subsidiary governance, prepare corporate resolutions, manage filings, and assist with board meetings and SEC disclosures. This paralegal will support the Assistant General Counsel with corporate governance, matter management, due diligence, and projects.

Must have :

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Lexis, Westlaw).
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, SEC filings, and compliance.
• Experience with board portals.

This role is a hybrid schedule : in-office 3 days a week, in The Woodlands.
