Join our growing team at Pine Point Animal Hospital, a well-established, 2-doctor practice that cares for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Veterinary Assistant who is looking to grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $22 - $26/hour, based on experience
Annual bonus opportunities
80 hours of PTO annually

Schedule:
4 x 10-hour shifts/week
Rotating Saturdays (1 per month)
Closed Sundays – no late nights!
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

At Pine Point Animal Hospital, we’re dedicated to practicing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. We provide advanced services including:
Digital radiography
Ultrasound
Phovia light therapy (a two-step LED and chromophore gel treatment that enhances healing and cell regeneration)
In-house diagnostics (Zoetis lab equipment)
Cornerstone software and ScribeNote, our AI-powered charting tool
We utilize our assistants to the fullest. You’ll perform a wide range of duties including:
Phlebotomy
IV catheter placement
Monitoring anesthesia for general surgery and dental procedures
Running technician appointments
Assisting with various procedures and therapies
What We’re Looking For:
proficiency with venipuncture and IV catheter placement
Experience with anesthesia and anesthetic monitoring preferred
A positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
Strong communication and client interaction skills
