Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help grow sales locally through community engagement and guest loyalty initiatives. Responsibilities of a Local Store Marketer Assist the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, increase guest counts, check averages, and overall sales. Promote Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc. Build relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other entities. Establish positive, ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, and community organizations. Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and enhance brand awareness. Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events. Maintain regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and staff regarding programs, plans, and outcomes. Roadies are paid weekly.
