Your Mission

As Director of Global Indirect Procurement & Logistics, you'll lead the execution of Novanta's global supply chain strategy for indirect materials, services, and logistics. You'll drive cost savings, supplier performance, and operational excellence across all business units.

What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and logistics workshops to deliver 5% YOY savings
• Develop strategies for key spend categories : Freight, Travel, IT, HR, Facilities, Marketing, and more
• Build and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global environment
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage performance
• Drive Kaizen events and process improvements aligned with Novanta Growth System
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Travel globally to build supplier relationships and audit performance (2540%)
