• Role Overview As Professional Services Lead , you will architect and deliver high-impact solutions, ensuring customer success through expert guidance, project execution, and strategic advice.
• You'll oversee the end-to-end engagement lifecycle—from scoping through deployment to adoption refinement—while scaling the services organization globally and collaborating cross-functionally to reinforce ArangoDB’s market leadership.
