Overview

Solutions Delivery Analyst V role designed to serve as the lead technical subject matter expert for assigned systems, services, or applications. Responsible for delivering and supporting mid to large-sized IT initiatives, providing third level production support, monitoring supplier performance, and driving operational improvements for identified functional areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Technical SME for systems, services and applications for an identified functional area, ranging from simple to complex.
• Coach and mentor other members of the functional area to increase technical knowledge.
• Lead primarily large-scale projects including : resource and budget management with PMO; overseeing lower-level analysts; contract / SOW work with IT Sourcing and Solution Delivery Managers; translating business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements; partnering with Solution Engineers on technical specifications; leading QA and testing efforts; managing RUN Book documentation and production support turnover; and coordinating post-production hyper care and issue resolution.
• Drive third level technical support for applications and systems services for a specific functional area; act as technical resolver and knowledge provider; coach and mentor junior analysts.
• Ensure supplier performance and accountability for contractual obligations; engage with Engineers and Product Teams to meet operational support needs.
• Lead root cause analysis on complex issues and drive continuous improvement of systems with suppliers; collaborate with Engineers, Product Teams, and business groups to implement standard to complex configurations and changes.
• Identify integration needs, design improvements, and design patterns; monitor service availability and enable proactive improvements through monitoring tools.
• Ensure 24 / 7 / 365 operational stability, with potential off-hours support as needed.

Salary ranges vary by location : ME / NC / PA / SC : $108,880-$163,320; IL / MA / MD : $125,200-$187,800.
