(3rd Shift) Manufacturing Technician - Winder

IDEAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, a 122-year-old, independent American manufacturer of high-power, specialty electric motors, generators, power systems and controls seeks an experienced candidate who is a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve company goals while upholding a culture of ethics, integrity, and excellence in everything we do. This position is based in our facility in Mansfield, Ohio and plays a key role throughout our product lifecycle through design, supply, manufacture, and customer application for both manufactured products and aftermarket services.

OVERVIEW : With a primary focus on winding responsibilities, the Manufacturing Technician / Winder performs an array of general production functions in the manufacture of Ideal products, including but not limited to, coil winding, assembly, press operation, and spot welding. This full-time role is based in Mansfield, Ohio, working closely with and reporting to, the (Winding) Production Supervisor.
