This is a sales role aimed at expanding presence positioning transformation offerings for the assigned Accounts and acquiring new clients. The candidate will leverage the entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams, and industry SMEs to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities. Job Description: Proactive demand generation through consultative selling for assigned logos. Grow and expand presence within BFSI firms in the East and Mid-West regions. Shape new business opportunities and large deals for BFSI vertical in US East. Understand insurance industry and associated business and technological trends. Bring together ecosystem to structure innovation-led partnerships with new clients. Establish cross-functional CXO relationships and generate overall momentum for clients in the identified accounts. Provide thought leadership in deal pursuits and client interactions. Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, and expand client footprint within existing clients. Bring positive and scaled impact to our client’s business through their portfolio of services and solutions. Qualifications: Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience, with the majority in the insurance vertical. Preferably experience in a leading IT services/consulting firm with collaboration across global teams. Direct industry experience in insurance companies is desirable.
