As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Automotive Service Advisor / Customer Service to be the key connection between our customers and technicians.

Position Overview :

The Automotive Service Advisor will greet customers, listen to their concerns, and translate those concerns into clear work orders for our technicians. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and sales skills, as well as a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
• Provide repair estimates, explain recommended services, and answer customer questions.
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow in the shop.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, approvals, and completion times.
• Promote recommended maintenance and repair services to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
