As a Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

What You'll Do :

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Offer solutions and added services to guests
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions
