As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will lead the implementation of a comprehensive trade compliance framework that ensures adherence to global customs regulations, export controls, and Free Trade Agreements. You'll drive operational excellence, mentor a global team, and position Philips to remain compliant and competitive in international markets.

Your role :

• You will oversee trade compliance strategy and operations, leading initiatives that align with global standards while ensuring efficiency and adherence to local regulations.
• You'll collaborate closely with global teams across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Business Units to manage risks, resolve compliance issues, and optimize trade processes.
• Lead customs classification projects and export control compliance, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all global transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean principles to streamline compliance processes and enhance business efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training across business units and mentoring the global trade compliance community at Philips.

How we work together : We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details : The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $84,000.00 to $112,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
