The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing efficient and compliant supply chain processes, delivering training and auditing process compliance over Moog A&D. Moog A&D is made up of 23 sites, 7500 people and operates over heavily regulated industries : Commercial and Military Aviation, Space, Defense.

As our Supply Chain Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible to :

• Audit process compliance to identify gaps and implement effective corrective actions.
• Lead development of new process or improvement of existing process to gold standard.
• Develop training material and train users on process.
• Manage change through communication, training & support.
• Plan, project manage and communicate a schedule of process improvements to meet internal and external customer expectations.
• Estimated travel, domestic & international, up to 10% annually.
• The role must be comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity and fluidity, and with remote internal stakeholders based in different time zones.
• There is a strong need to be proactive and deliberate about communicating with stakeholders across the A&D Organization

Salary Range Transparency : Buffalo, NY $70,000.00$93,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
