A company is looking for a Corporate / Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements

Support entity governance and cross-entity recordkeeping

Collaborate with the Operations team to establish service level agreements and workflows

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; 3-5 years of relevant experience

Background in corporate or commercial transactions, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or Web3

Comfortable balancing structure with startup agility

Passionate about technology, finance, and decentralized systems
