Job description
Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while providing leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys Required qualifications JD from an ABA approved school Active bar license in the State of Florida 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
