Additional duties include assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, manage simple records and enter information accurately, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, as well as respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
