About the Role:
Parkside Plaza Condo Unit Owners Association in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our residential community. This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant condominium community where your customer service skills truly make a difference every day.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor building access and enforce community security protocols
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries
• Manage package and mail receipt, logging, and resident notifications
• Maintain accurate visitor and activity logs throughout each shift
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance staff to address resident concerns
• Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate personnel as needed

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, concierge, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including weekends or evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent required
