Job Description
Job Title : Admin Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)
Location : San Diego
Pay Rate : $20.50 / hour
Hours : M-F 930am-6pm

SUMMARY
This role will be a pivotal part of the Program Specialist Group and will be responsible for managing e-mail correspondence, surveys, and outgoing responses with members inquiring about the Auto Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Web Survey's
- Respond to members written correspondence
- Review and improve existing written template responses
- File Maintenance
- Call Center coverage as needed
- Administrative support to Leadership team of the Program Specialist Group
- Practices and maintains working knowledge of all PSG processes and procedures with the understanding the position could evolve to a full time Program Specialist
- Provides support for Spanish speaking calls as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of two (2) years experience with general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with responding to inquires, issues or complaints.
- Ability to communicate effectively (Both written and verbal)
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to adapt well to change and remain flexible while working under deadlines
- Bilingual Spanish
