Zayo is seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to drive data-informed financial planning and insights that power Zayos Commercial and Go-To-Market business segments. This is a highly visible role for a finance professional who blends deep FP&A expertise with technical skill in analytics, automation, and business intelligence.

In this role, youll build scalable financial reporting systems, optimize forecasting tools, and transform data into actionable insights that guide strategy and performance. Youll collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Operations to elevate decision-making and enable Zayos continued growth. The Financial Analyst Lead will report directly to our Senior Manager, Financial Analysis & Data Analytics in an individual contributor capacity. Preference for candidates based in the Denver, CO metro area (hybrid, 23 days / week). Remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered.

What Youll Do :

Financial Analytics & Reporting

• Design and deliver data-driven financial models, dashboards, and tools that improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasting tools and models supporting the commercial organization.
• Develop and automate management reporting for financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights that inform executive decision-making.

What Youll Bring :

Estimated base pay range : $84,900 - $115,000 USD / annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
