Position Summary
The Brand Director - Anktiva will play a critical role in shaping and executing Anktiva brand's growth strategy in the market. This position oversees end-to-end brand managementincluding product innovation, development of advisory boards and KOL, market research, marketing execution, and performance analysis. This role will also leverage digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance brand performance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and ensure the Anktiva Brand remains at the forefront of industry standards.

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award. The annual base pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
National Market (all markets unless identified as Premium)
$203,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $225,000 (highly experienced) annually
Premium Market (Premium markets include Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, & Boston)
$225,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $250,000 (highly experienced) annually
