The role of Hilti North America (HNA) Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is to own the relationship of the customers within a specific region represents the largest opportunity for large customer business. This role is responsible for developing executive relationships in partnership with the regional manager and division manager.
The Strategic Account Manager will work upstream to deliver value, establish Hilti as a trusted partner and position Hilti for sustainable and accelerated growth. The Strategic Account Manager will cover approximately 10 large accounts.

The role involves :
- Making outside, face-to-face sales to an assigned set of customers
- Building account development plans for up to ten hierarchies to drive key strategic topics
- Working under the guidance of strategic business developers to implement framework agreements locally
- Demonstrating consultative selling; collaborating with the customer to analyze and assess the need for a product or service
- Demoing Hilti products and services in person, face-to-face, with customers
- Identifying the key roles on a jobsite and understanding their responsibilities and needs
- Collaborating with a variety of departments
- Caring for and maintaining company assets
- Participating in construction industry trade organizations to build relationships and network of contacts

Our Strategic Account Managers earn between $83,000 $99,000 + up to $24,000 in commissions for their first year if all sales goals are met.
