Baptist Health System is seeking a board certified / board eligible General Surgeon to practice in  San Antonio, TX .

As one of South Texas largest healthcare provider organizations, Baptist Medical Networks team of healthcare professionals provide care in over 17 communities.

Overview :

• Long-standing healthcare system with supportive leadership
• Standard practice support staff (MA, Nurse, Front Desk, etc.)
• Robot Models - 2 Da Vinci XI, ERCP and 16 OR rooms
• Anesthesia - Care Team Model (MD, CAA, CRNA)
• EMR : Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)
• Clinic Schedule, M-F 8-5 PM, NO Weekend Clinic
• Must be BC / BE in General Surgery Board (ABS or FACS)
• Considering both experienced and current?fellow candidates
• Capable to perform : Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Hernia Repair, Exploratory Laparotomy (all can be laparoscopic or robotic)
