What You'll Do :
🧪 Operate and maintain PhenoCycler Fusion and auto-staining instruments
🧴 Prepare and manage reagents, ensuring quality and validation
🧹 Perform reagent validation and quality control (QC)
📊 Prepare slides for analysis with precision
🗃️ Keep accurate and up-to-date records of samples and reagents
What We're Looking For :
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer science, or related field
🔬 3+ years of lab experience
🌟 Prior experience with spatial tech or pathology / histology / IHC is a plus but not required — training provided!
⚡ Quick learner, comfortable with new technologies
👐 Excellent hands-on, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail and quality
🗣️ Effective and timely communication skills with colleagues
