This role combines organizational support with creative skills, ensuring both the artistic and practical sides of projects run smoothly.Responsibilities : - Coordinate and communicate with booking venues (inquiries, scheduling, follow-up) - Assist with show promotion, including outreach and audience engagement - Maintain and update the Squarespace website - Create and distribute newsletters to the artists’ community - Design basic promotional materials using Canva or similar tools - Support general organizational tasks related to performances and releases - Social Media schedulingQualifications : - Strong organizational and communication skills - Familiarity with Squarespace and newsletter platforms (e.g., - Mailchimp, Substack, or similar) - Basic graphic design ability (Canva or equivalent) - Experience or interest in music, theater, or creative industries a plus - Self-motivated and able to balance both detail-oriented tasks and creative collaborationDetails - 5-10 hours with room to grow - $28-35 depending on experience and qualificationsThe artist is an actor, musician, writer, and father of two.
