Key Responsibilities

Support producers with research, guest outreach, and pre-production across all podcasts

Own the creative and operational execution of the flagship show, Wondering Jews, from concept to release

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional content and audience growth strategies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in producing or executive producing podcasts

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience managing high-profile hosts and guests

Familiarity with podcast production tools (e.g., Riverside, Descript, ProTools)

Passion for Jewish culture and the ability to navigate nuanced conversations
