Their mission is to minimize the footprint of surgery and improve outcomes for patients and providers alike.
Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will sell a robotic surgical technology platform by calling / attending trade shows / demonstrating products in an OR setting / providing clinical training / procedural support / strategic sales collaboration. This role blends sales, clinical education, and customer engagement to expand market presence and ensure successful system implementation across U.S. hospitals and surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and train surgeons and OR teams on the use and benefits of my client’s technology.
Provide in-theater case support before, during, and after procedures to ensure successful outcomes.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing programs.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and evaluations for new and existing customers.
Collaborate with hospital leadership and surgeons to integrate and grow adoption at customer sites.
Track utilization, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in medical device sales, ideally within laparoscopic or surgical robotics markets.
Strong understanding of OR dynamics and soft tissue surgery (general, gynecology, or urology preferred).
Proven ability to influence clinical stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Salary ranges from : $100,000 - $120,000 - The OTE is $185,000
