Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, along with gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, follow safety procedures and company policies, provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with processing returns and exchanges.
