Key Responsibilities
Manage health, welfare, and wellbeing programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with Total Rewards philosophy
Translate data and trends into insights for executive outcomes and future benefit strategies
Oversee annual Open Enrollment and collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance and streamline processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in leading comprehensive employee benefits programs
Proven success in managing complex, multi-vendor initiatives and benefit program transformations
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
Experience mentoring and developing team members
Familiarity with Workday benefits administration preferred
