Job description
Leading growth initiatives, the full-time Head of Growth and Marketing will own revenue strategies, develop persona-driven acquisition plans, and manage creative messaging while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the company revenue target and develop growth plans and budget allocations by product, persona, and channel Define buyer personas for acquisition channels and optimize messaging and creative strategies for different platforms Restructure the marketing team, hire key roles, and establish operational rhythms for planning and reporting Required qualifications 10+ years in growth/performance marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven success in scaling a DTC subscription business with a high-consideration product Experience managing a revenue number and developing models that tie spend to revenue Deep expertise in paid social and paid search, along with experience in influencer and affiliate programs Experience in post-click conversion optimization and analytical capabilities in attribution and forecasting
