Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Independence, OH, for a Mechanical Project Manager. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee building services, process piping, HVAC Piping, plumbing, procurement, budgeting, and mechanical engineering tasks. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and solving any technical issues that arise. The role requires efficient communication and coordination with the construction team, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Services, Process Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC Piping
• Experience in Procurement and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate development or construction is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
