The role : Paid Social Performance All-Star

As our Senior Paid Social Strategist, you'll be the execution-focused media buying expert who can seamlessly move between strategy development, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You're not just a media buyeryou're a paid social "swiss-army knife" who can contribute across multiple areas of the campaign development and optimization process.

Core responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid social strategies that directly impact client revenue across Meta and TikTok platforms

Build and manage high-performing campaigns with 6-7 figure monthly ad spend budgets

  • Create systematic testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaign structures that compound learning over time
  • Analyze performance metrics and conduct deep research to extract actionable insights for optimization
  • Performance Optimization

  • Execute daily campaign optimizations based on performance data and platform best practices
  • Build comprehensive reporting systems that support data-driven decision-making for campaign improvements
  • Collaborate with creative teams to provide performance feedback that drives better ad creative development
  • Implement advanced bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC
  • Client Collaboration & Communication

  • Work directly with clients to align campaign performance with business objectives
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations in client calls and reports
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients
  • Proactively communicate optimization opportunities and performance trends
  • Cross-Functional Excellence

  • Partner with creative strategists to ensure ad creative aligns with paid social best practices
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to implement proper tracking and attribution systems
  • Support new client onboarding and account setup processes
