The role : Paid Social Performance All-Star
As our Senior Paid Social Strategist, you'll be the execution-focused media buying expert who can seamlessly move between strategy development, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You're not just a media buyeryou're a paid social "swiss-army knife" who can contribute across multiple areas of the campaign development and optimization process.
Core responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute data-driven paid social strategies that directly impact client revenue across Meta and TikTok platforms
Build and manage high-performing campaigns with 6-7 figure monthly ad spend budgets
Create systematic testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaign structures that compound learning over timeAnalyze performance metrics and conduct deep research to extract actionable insights for optimizationPerformance Optimization
Execute daily campaign optimizations based on performance data and platform best practicesBuild comprehensive reporting systems that support data-driven decision-making for campaign improvementsCollaborate with creative teams to provide performance feedback that drives better ad creative developmentImplement advanced bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and minimize CACClient Collaboration & Communication
