Position Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization by delivering the tools, resources, training, and content needed to optimize sales performance. This role works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, streamlined processes, and efficient onboarding and training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and delivering onboarding programs for new sales team members.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and organize sales collateral, tools, and resources.

Provide user support and training for CRM and other sales-related systems (e.g., quoting tools, lead management platforms).

Support the implementation of standardized sales processes and best practices.

Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment across enablement efforts.
