Job description
Supporting and enhancing the student experience through digital engagement initiatives, the full-time Experience Designer will conduct user research, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to solution design while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct user research and interviews to understand learner needs and develop student-centered solutions Gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to support product and experience initiatives Monitor trends and analyze user feedback to make data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, User Experience Design, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in higher education, customer experience, user experience, or digital engagement Experience supporting digital experience initiatives or product enhancement efforts Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects and technology-enabled solutions Experience in workshop and interview facilitation
