Job description

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico.

For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico.

Non-exempt $17.80 Job Summary :

  • Responsible for assisting the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining the proper functioning of equipment and systems, safe condition of buildings and structures, and satisfactory appearance of all sites.

Core Competencies:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Working knowledge of basic repair, carpentry, and A/C Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills High degree of organization and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions effectively Basic automotive skills Good driving record Job Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience in a similar position Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to reach/extend arms in all directions; ability to hold, grasp, turn or otherwise work with hands or fingers; and ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally or frequently.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
  • Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
