Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate team member.
- Record signed proposals in Jobcore.
- Accurately job cost insulation, AfterPaint, and garage door jobs for branches (materials and labor).
- Process material transfers.
- Prepare attic certificates for designated builders.
- Document the last day's information in Jobcore.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.1-2 years of experience working in an office setting.Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.Good communication and organizational skills.Previous office or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.Physical demands :
