Surface Warfare Analyst, Senior As a surface warfare analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience in maritime operations to analyze problems, develop solutions, and collaborate with Navy leaders to improve surface ship readiness and operational effectiveness. You Have 15+ years of experience in surface warfare, including service as a Surface Commanding Officer afloat or ashore 2+ years on a major Echelon III or higher staff or Joint or Combatant Command military staff Knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policy and systems Ability to develop, produce, and present briefings, issue papers, presentations, and documents at the tactical through strategic levels for General Officer or Flag Officer audiences Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 25% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience in Navy requirements development and Navy Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes Experience in Surface Navy maintenance planning and maintenance management Experience as a Warfare Area Commander or staff deployed with a Carrier Strike Group or Amphibious Ready Group Experience managing the employment, integration, or development of Navy C5I systems or networks Experience in Navy logistics, training, or personnel readiness systems, policy, and management Experience developing or validating Surface Navy Doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) Knowledge of Navy tactical training systems, including Live, Virtual, and Constructive training Ability to develop and present training in Surface Navy TTP TS/SCI clearance Master's degree Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, experience, and contract requirements.
