ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I became a State Farm agent because I’ve always enjoyed helping people and serving others, and that mindset continues to guide everything we do. Our team works closely together to accomplish shared goals, and I maintain an open-door policy so anyone can bring questions, ideas, or challenges forward at any time.

Over the years, our agency has been honored with numerous State Farm awards, including the Crystal of Excellence, which reflects our commitment to service, integrity, and continuous improvement. Giving back is also important to us — we stay involved with local service organizations, and I’ve had the opportunity to serve in local political office as well.

We pride ourselves on treating everyone with respect and dignity, and we place a strong emphasis on training and personal growth. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Thompson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
