Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software. Our software tools enable companies around the world to develop highly innovative electronic products faster and more cost-effectively.

Our customers use our tools to push the boundaries of technology and physics to deliver better products in the increasingly complex world of chip, board, and system design.

Key Responsibilities :

As a cross-divisional Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and implementing messaging for products and solutions that cross traditional product boundaries - including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Heterogeneous Integration / 3DIC, and Artificial Intelligence(AI).

In this role you will work with the divisional marketing leads to drive consistent and unified positioning for Siemens EDA products for industry presentations, customer review meetings and other forums where multiple divisions need to present a unified vision.

Additionally, you will work with divisional campaign managers to proactively drive common themes and deliverables into their campaigns.

The cross-divisional nature of this role means you will be working with many different technologies across the EDA portfolio, and need to understand how they interact to drive customer success.

It is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a broad set of specialties that are core to society's continued technological development.

A successful candidate must have a strong desire and enthusiasm for working with customers, account teams, internal groups, and other industry experts to communicate our vision for the semiconductor and systems markets.

You will need to effectively communicate with multiple levels of organizations, from engineers to executives when gathering requirements and promoting our solutions.

Driving collaboration is necessary along with the ability to indirectly influence across divisional boundaries.

Example responsibilities include;

Define and manage cross divisional marketing infrastructure, processes, and templates

Coordinate with divisional marketing on investment priorities and messaging needs

Drive coordination on key initiative such as 3DIC, MBSE, and AI

Create baseline presentations to be used with key executive and customer meetings

Industry Keynote presentation content collection and integration

Talk with industry leaders and analysts to communicate our vision

Qualifications :

An understanding of the semiconductor design and manufacturing process is critical to this role. Deep knowledge in any single area is less important than exposure to, and understanding of, multiple concepts within semiconductor design, verification, and manufacture.

A mixture of business, marketing, and technical skills, ideally with product marketing and product management experience

Domain experience in semiconductor design or manufacture

Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate succinctly

Ability to assimilate information, simplify and consolidate in a presentable form

Ability to implement initiatives, programs, and tactics that align to strategy

Ability to work toward objectives rather than by task assignment

Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years work in the semiconductor industry, required
