What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location. Monitor access to the facility verifying identification and credentials for visitors employees and vendors as required by site protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response activities and protocols. Maintain detailed records of daily activities incidents and visitor logs in accordance with site requirements. Communicate professionally with clients visitors and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns and / or site issues. Support the maintenance of a secure environment by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious activity at the front desk area. Minimum Requirements : Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
