This driving post requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering and / or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences at the front desk.

Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and directing guests to appropriate areas within the facility.

Communicate professionally and promptly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and emergency responders as needed.

Support emergency response activities according to site-specific guidelines and instructions.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
