Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, management, and optimization of our Referral and Affiliate Programs. This role combines growth marketing, partnership management, and product strategy. You will be responsible for scaling our user acquisition through referral and affiliate channels, improving engagement, and ensuring a seamless user experience that drives measurable business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or affiliate marketing, preferably within crypto, fintech, or tech startups.
- Proven track record of managing referral or affiliate programs with measurable success.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.).
- Understanding of crypto market dynamics, blockchain technology, and user acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall referral and affiliate marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition and retention.Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate and referral programs.Work closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to optimize program performance and user experience.Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and influencers within the crypto and fintech ecosystem.Analyze program metrics and performance data to optimize ROI and scalability.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance the technical functionality of the referral program.Research market trends and competitor programs to identify new opportunities for innovation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal brand guidelines.
