Job description
A company is looking for a Patient Recruitment Lead to drive patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely enrollment in clinical trials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective recruitment campaigns Analyze recruitment data and trends to optimize strategies and improve patient enrollment outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies Commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment practices
