This role involves providing 24 / 7 support for designated clinical areas, necessitating a high degree of adaptability and responsibility. The supervisor collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager to guarantee efficient care coordination throughout the continuum.

Nurses in this capacity are expected to possess critical care expertise and exhibit proficiency in sterile technique and dysrhythmia recognition. Additionally, they must be able to obtain a Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire. Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications are also highly desirable.
