Now Hiring: Food Runners with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality to support seamless service and elevate the guest experience. This role is integral to bridging the kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, care, and professionalismThis position offers a comprehensive package including:

- 1-2 years Food Running experience in a 2+star rated NYT Metropolitan restaurant
- A clear understanding of service standards and expectations of working directly with the chef during service
- Good food knowledge with the ability to explain basic preparations to guests if needed
- Ability to support chef and FOH team as needed
- Basic food preparation knowledge
