Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication - Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork - Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation - Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.

Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.

• Returns & Pickups - Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance - Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance - Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.

Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement : Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance : Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
• Automotive Knowledge : Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred : A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
