About the Team
Zebra Symmetry is on a mission to revolutionize fulfillment with cutting-edge person-to-goods (P2G) automation. Our platform leverages state-of-the-art AI orchestration, advanced autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and instrumented frontline workers to deliver industry-leading pick rates, reduce operational costs, and drive real-time analytics and operational visibility for global warehouse leaders. As an empowered, cross-functional team, we deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible for customers spanning various sectors.
About the Role
As Principal Product Manager, you'll play a critical role shaping Zebra Symmetry Fulfillment. You will partner directly with customers to deeply understand their operational pain points and evolving business needs. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, human factors, sales and operations teams to define and deliver differentiated, innovative AMR and orchestration capabilities. This role requires deep system expertise to work hand-in-hand with engineering teams—understanding complex technical architectures, data flows, and robotics automation challenges—to help devise state-of-the-art solutions that push the boundaries of fulfillment technology. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for growth-driving features, working from discovery through to impact in production. Your ability to bridge customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities will ensure Zebra Symmetry remains at the forefront of fulfillment innovation.
Role is required to be onsite in San Jose, CA office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).

Salary : USD 177000.00 - USD 265600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. All Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs; some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
