We’re looking for dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide exceptional care to seniors throughout the Peninsula — from San Francisco to Palo Alto.
We value your time and commitments, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, work, or school needs.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $20–$25 per hour + overtime for extended shifts
Weekly Pay: Every Friday
Flexible Shifts: Full-time or part-time (12, 8, 6, or 4 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will:
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Help with mobility and safe transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Offer medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations).
Maintain communication with clients, families, and the care team.
Document and report on client wellbeing and care activities.
Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
California Home Care Aide Registration/HCA/PER ID (or willing to register and we can assist)
TB test (required)
At least 1 year of home care experience (CNA or HHA is a plus)
COVID-19 vaccination record or booster (if available)
Reliable transportation.
Punctual and dependable.
Passionate about helping seniors.
