Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee program performance and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of program performance, coordinating activities across multiple projects

Cultivate strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and drive innovation

Identify program risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience

5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects

Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or ITIL certification

Agile certification required (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)

Prior government or government contracting experience
